Community
With each production, 19th Street tries to programme related theatre events to engage communities across London and the UK. We believe theatrical experiences and career development should be accessible to everyone, regardless of means or location. Read below to learn about what we’ve done so far, and what events are coming soon.

The London Irish Centre and 19th Street Productions hosted a free reading of David Ireland’s Yes So I Said Yes by our talented cast, followed by a lively Q&A. Open Table Read of Yes So I Said Yes
Irish Cultural Centre Hammersmith, 2nd November 2021
We partnered with the Irish Cultural Centre Hammersmith to hold an open table read of Yes So I Said Yes, with the cast, as part of our rehearsal process. This was a first read for both cast and centre members, where we shared the experience of this new Northern Irish piece together. With the Irish Cultural Centre, we were able to provide an educational window into the rehearsal process and gain valuable feedback from centre participants, which in turn guided our production. A tremendous thank you to our very brave cast and our fabulous partner.
